  • Return your device: Once your phone is fixed, we’ll return it to you, ready for work.

Apple devices come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. If your iPhone or iPad is covered, we’ll handle the repair or replacement directly through Apple. You don’t have to lift a finger; we’ll manage the entire process for you. And if the repair takes time? No problem. We’ll provide you with a loan phone so you can stay connected throughout.

If your Apple device is out of warranty, don’t worry. We’ll still manage the repair, though it’ll be chargeable through Apple. We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, saving you time and hassle.

Depending on the fault, most Apple warranty repairs are completed within a few working days, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Flexible & Fast Android Repairs

For Android phones, you benefit from a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. We offer two repair options depending on how quickly you need your device back:

  • Option 1: Fast swap-out. We’ll arrange a refurbished replacement within 24 to 48 hours. Please note: if no fault is found after inspection, you’ll be liable for the replacement cost.
  • Option 2: Send for inspection (Recommended). We send your phone to our suppliers for full testing.
    • If a fault is confirmed, you’ll receive a brand-new device.
    • If no fault is found, there’s a £35 + VAT inspection fee, and your original device will be returned.
