Repair Service
Town and Country Communications offer a range of repair services for mobile phone customers, with the majority of all repairs completed within 7-10 working days.
iPhones make up a large percentage of all the repair projects we complete, and at the moment we can support you with all iPhone models with the exception of the 6S. If you require a repair for an iPhone that is within the original 12 month warranty period, please be aware that an repairs we undertake will invalidate the manufacturer warranty - as a result, it may be preferable to take your iPhone to your nearest Apple store for further assistance.
Aside from iPhones, we send all other models back to manufacturer-approved dealers including Samsung, HTC and Nokia. If your phone is still within its original warranty period, the repair will not invalidate this warranty if it is completed by these approved dealers as they use replacement parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.
Accessories
We have a fantastic range of mobile phone accessories that can make using your phone easier, from flip cases, portable chargers, screen protectors, SD memory cards and more.
In the current market, there has been a huge rise in the use of tempered glass screen protectors and cases, as cracked screens continue to cause problems for customers. Tempered glass is actually made from a type of shatter-proof reinforced plastic that can prevent your phone from cracking when dropped onto hard surfaces.
Cheap and stylish, these protectors can end up saving you between £50 to £200 for a screen replacement, so are definitely worth considering!
Warranty
With the exception of iPhones, we provide all customers with a 24 month emergency replacement service for all other phone manufacturers. This means any phone that develops a fault whilst still covered under the manufacturers warranty can be swapped by us in 24-48 hours - unfortunately this does not cover customer damage or misuse.
All iPhones come complete with a 12 month warranty that is provided directly by Apple.
Loan Phones
Town & Country Communications also offer a unique 'phone loan' system, allowing you to continue as normal with a temporary replacement model while we investigate and resolve any issues with your phone. This is currently available to all mobile phone customers.
