Supported by friends and family, we are proud to say that we demonstrated excellent team work and raised over £6,500 for the charity. This will go towards specially adapted fitness sessions and activities. Thank you to everyone who supported and sponsored us – we were delighted to achieve such a wonderful result all round.
There was plenty to do throughout the day, with refreshment stands, adult challenges and activities for children, including an inflatable assault course, bouncy castle, football shootout, rides, and a hook-a-duck stall. It’s safe to say that a good time was had by all and it was great to raise money for such a worthy cause.
About The Stable Family Home Trust (SFHT)
SFHT is a charity that supports people with learning disabilities (and their families) in Hampshire and Dorset. They offer a wide range of services that includes a personal development programme and supported living service. The charity currently supports 120 people and continues to grow.
